Roast: Medium / Dark
Further developed in the roast, by an additional 30 seconds compared to Daywork.
Milk or black, smooth and balanced.
The components change seasonally along with the coffee harvest calendar.
A Dependable, coffee that gives and doesn’t ask.
Nice as Espresso or a full bodied Filter.
Notes: Dark Chocolate cream biscuit. Still retains a very pleasant but mild acidity.

Brazil natural process Nikolas Elias, anaerobic fermented, (very mild).
Colombia washed process, Popayan Reserve. Mixed Varieties.
Espresso Guide: Start with 18g in / 36g out / 28 - 32 second extraction.
Filter Guide: 60g coffee to 1 litre of water, just off the boil. Adjust to suit.
